New Gym - Pay more for not using it
Cannons did something this with a health insurer a few years ago – the idea being, I imagine that people using the gym regularly would cost the insurer less, so they were happy to pay the gym fees.
Not sure this will work though – I suspect the model for most gyms is that there are members who don’t wear out the equipment, who help pay for those who do.
One to watch, all the same...
